One of our cinematic wedding videos that was featured was the Los Angeles Wedding Videographer Feature Film of Rebecca and Michael.

We are also delighted that we got Rebecca’s commentary about her wedding. and she said:
Mike and I met in May of 2011 in Los Angeles. I’m originally from New York, and Mike is from Tennessee so we planned a sort of local destination wedding in Malibu California close to where we live but remote enough for even our Los Angeles friends to feel like they were somewhere far far away. As soon as we set foot on this private vineyard estate, we knew this would be where we say say I do.
Planning our wedding became a major focus after Mike proposed on the Eiffel Tower in Paris! We are both the creative artsy types with a passion for lists and organization, so planning our wedding was a wonderful process for us! Being photographers as our side business together, we knew that photography and videography were at the top of our list for vendors we were willing to splurge on.
Our colors were blush and gray with a rustic romantic fairytale theme and a few Eiffel towers thrown in as a wink to our Engagement. Part of my vows were “today is a fairytale, and tomorrow we go on as husband and wife” and that was exactly how it felt. It was a beautiful fairytale on a gorgeous mountain top with a vineyard below us; and we went back to work that Monday without being able to do a honeymoon right away!
A bit about our amazing vendors! Erich McVey Photography did an absolutely beautiful job photographing timeless images from our day while Reb6 Studios worked sliders, drones and microphones to capture the live magic. Every time I look at our photos or watch our highlight reel I tear up. Gordana Gehlhausen masterfully made my wedding dress by hand, Requisite made Mike’s perfect suite from fabric we picked out downtown LA, Shawn Salcido did my hair, TC Luisi makeup, Lark Cake Shop did our cake and desert, flowers by Exotic Green Garden, catering by Colette’s Catering, Henry at Vox DJ did a wonderful job keeping the music and party flowing, the amazing Amy Lawrence helped us learn how to dance and helped us choreograph our first dance, my dear friend Genevieve Zweig made my wedding jewelry, XIV Karats did our wedding rings (my middle diamond was Mike’s Great Grandfathers), we did a coffee bar by The Conscious Bean which was a huge hit with our guests, my Dad was our Officiant, and we designed and made all of our invitations, menus, place cards and programs ourselves. Both Mike and I work in the Entertainment Industry so we are used to producing large projects with many moving pieces!
We had an amazing wedding and seeing all of our friends and family there was priceless. While we always wish there was more time to spend with our guests, we are so grateful to have the photos and video we do, so we can relive that day as the years pass us by.
